Hello there!
I am excited to guide you through one of Answerly's fantastic features: managing your clients using our intuitive interface! 😊
At Answerly, we understand how critical it is for you to organize and manage your clients efficiently. That's why we've designed the My Clients section; a one-stop-shop between you and your clients, making your life easier!
After logging in to Answerly, you'll find all your clients who have signed up under your whitelabel in the My Clients section.
Not only can you view your clients, but you can also flexibly manage them.
Changing your client's plan? It's simple! Just click on the plan label.
A dropdown menu has all the other available plans. Choose the best fit for your client, and you're done!
Sometimes, you might need to remove a client from your list.
We've made it incredibly straightforward. Simply click on the Bin icon next to the client you wish to delete.
Lastly, there's a unique feature for those instances when you might want a client to sign up for a particular plan, say the Whitelabel PRO.
Use our special invitation link option! Click on New Invitation Link, select the desired plan, and hit Create.
Voila! You now have a customized link for your client to sign up for the Whitelabel PRO plan directly!
And that's our My Clients feature! We hope it brings you the ease and efficiency we envisioned it would.
