What is One-time training

One-time training is a feature where you provide datasets to train the agent about your business or particular topics.

It's the traditional dataset types as you might be familiar from any AI Agent creation platform:

  • Summary (Plain text)
  • Webpage
  • YouTube Videos
  • PDF
  • Doc (Word documents)
  • CSV (Tabular documents)

Editing

You always have the option to edit these datasets in the future, especially when you have updated information you want the agent to know.

Simply click the Edit button, and a dialog modal will appear asking for input:

Difference between Real-time training

Unlike real-time training, there is no sync required in one-time training. After you add the data (say a PDF file or a summary), there's no sync mechanism to keep the information up-to-date, unless you edit the dataset yourself.
