Hook your AI Form to your Agent

Hello there, fabulous person! 😊

So, you'd like to know how to hook your AI Form to your agent. Well, you're in luck. Let's dive in, shall we?

Step 1

First, you need to venture to the Collect Data page.

Here you'll find a dropdown. Just select the agent you'd like to hook the form to. Easy peasy! 😉

Now, look for 'Your AI Form' section. Just below it, you'll find a list of all available forms.

Pick the form you'd like to use and make sure you save your settings.

Step 2

Alrighty, moving on to the next step.

You need to scoot over to the Widget Options page. Here you can choose which chatbot you want to hook the agent with the AI form to.

And voilà!

You have now successfully hooked your AI Form to your agent. Whenever a conversation starts with the chat, the questions from your form will now be asked. Brilliant, isn't it?
