The Greeting Editor is a fantastic feature in Answerly that gives our widget a warm and friendly start.
These are pre-written messages that your widget shows to your visitors when they first land on your website. Sounds cool, right? 😊
How to create a Greeting
To manage your greeting messages, you’ll need to steer your way to the Greeting Editor page.
You'll find an Add Message button on this page. Just hit that button when you want to introduce a new greeting to your widget's repertoire.
If there's a message that no longer suits your style, don't worry! Just click on the trash icon next to that message, and it will be gone for good.
Each input field here represents a greeting message, and can be styled with bold text, links, emojis, and more. You can craft your agent's greeting just the way you want it. So cool, right? 😎
But hold up! There's an important detail to consider. Even though our agent is pretty smart, it won't be aware of these greeting messages. Meaning, these greetings won't influence how the agent responds to customer queries!
