Discover is a fantastic tool we have at Answerly that's designed to help you find out what might be missing from your Knowledge Hub.

How it Works
Firstly, Discover uses your existing Knowledge Hub to create a variety of questions about your business. But here's the thing – it specifically generates questions that your current Knowledge Hub can't answer.
It's like a friendly little test for your agent, helping identify where you could add more info to improve its range of knowledge!
To see it in action, you simply click on "Run Discover". And then, voila! Watch as the magic unfolds right in front of your eyes. 🪄
But it doesn't stop there! Once the questions are generated, you can easily create new summaries for each question, just by hovering over them and clicking.
It's a quick, simple and effective way to constantly enhance your AI agent's understanding of your business.
