Setting Language Preferences

At Answerly, one of our coolest features gives our Agents the power to communicate and assist in multiple languages.

This is particularly useful if you have a wide variety of customers from different parts of the world.

To set the language preference for your Agent, simply follow these steps:

  1. Visit the link: Agent Language Settings - this will take you directly to the Agent's Language Settings section.

  2. From here, you'll find two modes - Speak all languages and Speak one language.

Let's break down what each mode does:

Speak all languages

Just as the name implies, when you choose this mode, your Agent turns polyglot and possesses the ability to recognize and respond in any language it's spoken to.

So, whether your customer speaks French, Spanish, or Mandarin, rest assured, our Agent has got you covered! 🌎

Speak one language

There may be certain scenarios where you want restrict the Agent to one specific language. Maybe your primary target audience is predominantly Spanish-speaking. In such a case, you can switch to this mode and select the desired language from the dropdown menu provided.

Your Agent will then only respond in that chosen language, regardless of the language used by your visitors.
