How to change the Helpdesk widget Theme color

In the Helpdesk widget editor, you can customize your widget to have a custom theme color.

To do this, follow the steps below:

STEP 1

• Go to the Helpdesk widget page.
• Open 'Look and Feel'

STEP 2

• On the settings on the right under 'Theme Color' you can pick a color from the colorpicker dropdown or paste your hex color code.
• Click 'Apply'

Once you click Apply, the changes will be saved immediately and you will be able to see them in the live preview of the embedded Helpdesk widget.
