How to add single answers to the Helpdesk widget

You can add single answers to the Helpdesk widget.




In the Start page editor, you have a list of answers which you have already written and you can pick a single answer to add to the Helpdesk widget start page.




To do this, follow the steps below:


STEP 1

Go to the Helpdesk widget page.

Open 'Start Page'

STEP 2

Click on 'Add components'



STEP 3


In the popup modal, choose 'Answer'

STEP 4

Pick an answer from the Dropdown menu and click on 'Add component'



That's it the answer component will get added in the Helpdesk widget immediately.
