Getting started with Notify for Helpdesk widget

Notify is a Helpdesk widget feature that you can setup to always show at the top of your website page header and inform your users for updates, discounts, or any other product/service related information.

To setup Notify for the Helpdesk widget, follow the steps below:

STEP 1

• Open the Helpdesk widget start page.
• Go to 'Notify'

STEP 2

• To show Notify, make sure to check the 'Show Notify' setting on the right side menu.

STEP 3

There are a few other customization options that you can find in the Notify page:

• Background Color
• Font Color
• Author Picture 
• Text Content

Once you are done customizing make sure to click on 'Apply'
