How to remove the Answerly branding?

To remove the Answerly branding you will need a paid plan.


You can check all our plan details and pricing on our websites Pricing page.


If you want to upgrade your plan to remove the Answerly branding, follow the steps below:

STEP 1

  • Go to the Company page.
  • Under 'Subscriptions' click on the 'Upgrade to a Paid Plan' button.

STEP 2

  • Once you click the button you will need to choose the plan details and whether you would like a monthly or yearly subscription.
  • Click on 'Continue to Payment' button.

STEP 3

In the next steps, enter your credit card details such as:

  • Name on card
  • Card number
  • Expiry date

Once you're done click on the 'Pay and Subscribe' button.

Once you've subscribed to a plan, you will be able to remove the Answerly branding or upload and use your company logo in the Helpdesk widget and Knowledge base.


To find the customization options for the Helpdesk widget, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Helpdesk widget page.
  • Under 'Look and Feel' page, you can edit the logo under the 'Logo' setting field on the right menu.

Once you upload your logo, make sure to click on the 'Apply' button to view the changes in the live Helpdesk widget.


To find the customization options for the Knowledge base page, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Knowledge base page.
  • Under 'Look and Feel' you can upload your company logo under the 'Header Logo' or 'Footer Logo' settings on the right menu.

Once you upload your logo, make sure to click on the 'Apply' button to view the changes in the live Knowledge base.
