Setting Language Preferenecs

Wondering how to set your chatbot's language preferences? Well, you've come to the right place. With Answerly, you have two language preferences - Speak One Language and Speak All Languages.
You can find these settings in the AI Identity settings.

Setting a Language Preference
If you want your chatbot to communicate in just one language, irrespective of the user's input, here are the steps:
First, navigate to the AI Identity settings of your chatbot and look for Language of your AI Assistant dropdown and select the option Speak one language.

You'll see another dropdown appear on your screen. This list will contain all the supported languages. Pick the one you want your chatbot to speak.

After you've made the selection, click on the blue Apply button under the dropdown.
Automatic Language Recognition
Now if you want your chatbot to automatically recognize and answer in the language inputter by the visitor, follow these instructions:
First, navigate to the AI Identity settings of your chatbot and look for Language of your AI Assistant dropdown. Choose Speak all languages option as shown in the picture.

Again, don't forget to click on the blue Apply button to ensure all changes are saved. 🖱 So simple, isn't it? 🎉
